1)Fresh Graduates Training Program
In order to facilitate the integration into the company and adapt to the company's corporate culture, quickly enhance the professional skills for the future career development and lay a solid foundation, we have developed a fresh graduates training program for the students set a year of internship and training period, from the most basic positions start, step by step in accordance with the principle of setting up the stage of training ladder, each stage according to the target setting, training, practice, assessment and evaluation mode. For the various departments of the company to train qualified reserve personnel, the company team into a new talent vitality.
Specific training proposal as below:
First phase (3 months):
Training objectives: to understand the company profile, culture, rules and regulations, able to do the work of basic level work, understanding of technology, mold, equipment, product knowledge, become a qualified Ningbo Huaxiang Automotive Door System staff.
Second phase(tailor making training 3 months):
Training objectives: familiar with the factory process and production management, learning, summarize and use the production and operation of methods and tools to cultivate a sense of continuous improvement.
Third phase(position observation phase 6 months):
Training objectives: basic professional and technical positions required to master the relevant work processes, to achieve performance goals, to become qualified junior professional / management personnel.
